What is Circos?

Circos is the subscription service for baby, kids and maternity wear that grows with you or your kid. Order items you love, enjoy them while they fit, and swap for a new size or style when the time is right. We offer a selection of high quality, durable brands for kids from 0-3 years old. Circos helps you save money, space, and resources while making sure your kids’ wardrobe is always up to date.

Where is Circos available?

Circos is available in: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Is there a minimum subscription fee?

The minimum subscription fee is 35 EU. You pay a monthly fee per item, so you only pay for what you’re using. We offer free shipping on subscriptions from 42,50 EU. The minimum period for the subscription is 1 month.

Which brands does Circos offer?

Circos offers high quality and durable brands that are aligned with our values and mission. We are currently offering Vigga, adidas, Patagonia, Paula Janz and Aiayu.

Your first Circos order

How do I place my first order?

Wander through our shop and select as many items as you like. We have different sizes, brands and over 700 different styles to choose from. You can see the original price of the item and the monthly price for which you can borrow the item from us. 

  • Just click ‘Add to Subscription’ and your item will be added to your cart. To check your cart, click on the Circos-Label on the right side of your screen. 
  • When you’re ready to check out – go to your cart, and click on continue. You only pay for the remaining days of that month and then from the 1st of every month, the monthly price.
  • Create your account by filling in your address and payment details. It’s simple as that! 


We’ll do our best to ship your Circos order as soon as possible, you’ll receive the package within a maximum of 5 working days.

How to update your subscription

How do I add items?

Adding items to your subscription can be done easily at any given moment.
Login to your account

  • Fill up your cart from the shop
  • Click on “Update Subscription” in the sidebar
  • Follow the steps to complete your order

Upon completion, the items are added to your subscription and will be shipped. During any checkout, you only pay partially for the remaining days in that month. The first 5 days are on us. So, you don’t pay for the days your order is on its way.

How do I return items?

When you think the time is right to switch size or style, you can return items easily.

  • Login to your account
  • Go to ‘My Subscription”
  • Select the items you would like to return
  • Click on “Update Subscription” in the sidebar
  • Follow the steps to complete your return

Upon completion, the items are removed from your subscription. You will no longer be charged for those items from the next month.
You will be asked to complete the return within 5 days or before the end of the current month.

How do I swap items?

You can add and return items in one go. This is what we call a swap. Easy peasy!

  • Login to your account
  • Fill up your cart from the shop
  • Then go to ‘My Subscription”
  • Select the items you would like to return
  • Click on “Update Subscription” in the sidebar
  • Follow the steps to complete your order

How to return your items

When can I return my items?

When it’s time for a new style or size, you can swap your items at any time.

How can I create a return order in my account?

To return items, go to your account and click on the ‘return arrow’ icon of the items you’d like to return.

  • If you would like to add items, just browse through the website and click add to subscription. For more information about adding items, please check out our How to Order video. 
  • Your subscription fee will be adjusted according to the items that you will return and order. 
  • To complete your subscription update click on continue and adjust your details if necessary.

Do I need to pay for my return items?

Subscriptions with a monthly value of 42,50 EU or more, include one time round trip shipping per month, so that covers both ways.

Where can I find a return label?

Once you’ve completed your subscription update, you’ll find a link to the return label below and in your account. You can print the label yourself, or you can have the return label sent to you by post.

How do I send the return items back to Circos?

Follow the following steps to return your items:

  • Put your return items in the compostable mailer that you’ve received from us with your previous order, using the next closing strip.
  • Stick the return label on the package and make sure it is visible. 
  • You can drop off your return package at any nearby postal service.
  • Please return your items within 3 days of your return order.

How to manage your account

Where can I get an overview of My Circos Subscription?

Click on My Subscription to see which items you are currently borrowing and which items should be returned. You can also see your monthly subscription fee and start date. Moreover, you can find a recommendation selection that is based on the items you previously borrowed. We like to make it as easy as possible!

How can I add items to my Wishlist?

The Wishlist contains all the items you liked, so it’s very easy to find them back if you want to add them to your subscription at a later stage. Just simply click on the heart icon of the product. To add items to your wishlist, please make sure you are logged in.

How can I add items to my Waitlist?

If an item is rented out and you would like us to send you a notification once the item is back in stock, you can put this on your Waitlist. To add items to your waitlist, please make sure you are logged in. Just simply click on the ‘Join the Waitlist’ button. We will make sure you don’t miss out.

Where can I change my profile details?

In the section My Profile, you can update your email address and billing address. You can also edit or add a payment method. In case you want to change your password, you can find this option here as well.

What can I find in My Recommendations?

If you want to check out our recommended items, just simply click on Recommendations. This page gives you an overview, based on your previous picks, of the items that we think would fit you and your kid best. Hope you like it!

Where can I find my credits (shipping, gift card, or other credits)?

When you have received and redeemed a gift card or any other kind of credit, you will find them in the section Account Credits.

What can I find in My Returned Items?

In the Returned Items section, you will find all details related to your return order. Here you will also find the return label, which you can download and print out to complete your return order.

Where can I find an overview of my orders and bills?

In Orders & Billing you can find a summary of all your orders and bills, including their status.

Cleaning & Damage

How are the clothes cleaned?

The Circos clothes are washed in partnership with laundry services, which makes sure the clothes are 100% clean and feel like new.

Do I need to clean the clothes before I return them?

Don’t worry! You don’t have to wash the clothes before you send them back to us. We will do the cleaning for you.

How should I wash the clothes from Circos?

All items contain washing instructions. Please follow the instructions at the Care Guide in the menu above.

What happens when an item gets damaged?

No stress, we want your kid to enjoy the clothing as if it’s their own. We do work with fair use insurance, so don’t worry if one of the items get stained or ends up with a small hole. We’ll take care of it. Please do contact the Circos team via team@circos.co, when an item gets damaged so that we’re aware of it.

How do you check the quality of the return items?

Quality is very important to us. All returned items are carefully inspected and cleaned professionally. If an item comes back with a hole, we’ll check if this can be repaired. If the item is at the end of its lifecycle we’ll take it out of the loop and recycle it.

When do I receive my Circos order?

We’re trying to ship your order as fast as possible, but certainly within 5 working days.

Do I need to pay for shipping?

All subscriptions over € 42,50 include one-time round-trip shipping, which includes your return shipment.

Payments

What payment methods and currencies do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods: iDeal, Bancontact, Giropay, SEPA, SOFORT Banking, American Express, Mastercard and Visa.

How much do I pay per item?

You only pay for the remaining days of that month and then from the 1st of every month, the monthly price. You pay a monthly fee per item (based on its brand and style), so you only pay for what you’re using.
